Hey friends!!

We’re back. We are PUMPED. We’re living the dream. AND!! We’re here to give you some more exciting information!! Okay, well, maybe not THAT exciting…. But it’s DEFINITELY useful! We want to talk to you guys about what NOT to do the night before your wedding. A lot of people don’t really think much about it but taking care of yourself the night before Is SO important to having an easy breezy wedding day. So, let’s just jump right in!

  1. DO NOT get wasted

DON’T COME FOR US!! No one is saying you can’t have fun!! But the night before your wedding is not the best time to get black out drunk. Your wedding day is a LONGGG day. And the last thing you want is to be hungover and cranky the whole time. Take it easy on the pre wedding festivities, you’ll thank us later. Promise.

  1. DO NOT stay up until 4am

Again- not trying to rain on your parade. We’re fun too!!! It’s natural to be a bit stressed. There may be some last-minute things you forgot about, or you may just want to stay up talking to your friends and family if you’re spending the night with them. However, it’s super important to get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can make you have puffy, dark eyes, headaches, and even nausea. No one wants that. Sleep now or forever hold your peace.

  1. DO NOT pig out on junk food

Feel free to enjoy some treats and things but take care of yourself too! Having too much oil or sugar can make you feel all kinds of bloated and blah, and that’s no way to spend your wedding day. Consume in moderation the night before, that way you can fully bust a move the next day without feeling like you have an elephant in your stomach.

  1. DO NOT stress over the little things

We know, there’s been a LOT of planning leading up to this day. Tensions may be high with family, you’re nervous about things going wrong. It’s okay!! But try to focus on the positives. Tomorrow you are getting MARRIED!! To the love of your life!! AND, to top it off, you get to have a huge party to celebrate! At the end of the day, as long as you and your spouse make it down the aisle and say “I do”, that’s all that really matters. It’s gonna be okay- pinky promise. If you’re worried about forgetting something- check out our blog on all the things you need to remember here!

It’s easy to get bogged down with all the little things the night before your wedding, but if you just make sure to take extra good care of yourselves, you’ll be feeling like the best versions of you that you can be. And that’s priceless.
