we’ll run the show as far as the couple, the bridal party, and the family goes!
We’ve planned hundreds of wedding timelines and today, we’re sharing our top 5 tips for the perfect wedding day timeline!

HAVE PLENTY OF PADDING TIME!

The last thing you want is to fall so far behind that you have to move major events,
so pack your timeline with several 15-30 minute “pads” of extra time, so you can relax and not feel rushed!

 

ASK ALL YOUR VENDORS
WHAT THEY NEED

The pros know best, so ask all your vendors when and how much time they need right when you book them!
Then you’re prepared to fill your coordinator in with whatever details they gave you.

 

BOOK A WEDDING COORDINATOR!

The biggest mistake we see is couples trying to get by without a coordinator– you just can’t do it!
They’ll keep everything and everyone in line leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day.
Don’t go without one!

DON’T DILLY-DALLY ON DINNER TIME

Your cocktail hour appetizers will tide everyone over for a little bit, but don’t pack the beginning of your reception with all your events!
Toasts, cake cutting, and dancing can always wait until after dinner so no one gets hangry.

PLAN YOUR DAY SO YOU CAN
RELAX AND HAVE FUN!

You don’t want to feel stressed, rushed, or not in-the-moment on the day of, so prepare everything ahead of time so the wedding day is all smooth sailing!
And remember – your vendors have you covered, so let them take the reins and take care of you!
